Bollywood actor Govinda, who is gearing up for the release of his film Rangeela Raja, said that the environment in the film industry is not work friendly. The actor said he is disappointed about the Central Board of Film Certification's (CBFC) opposition to his forthcoming film "Rangeela Raja".
