"Talent Hub" for young filmmakers not likely to be part of IFFI 2018

The idea of hosting a "Talent Hub" as part of IFFI was strongly endorsed by the I&B minister Rajyavardhan Rathore and Goa CM Manohar Parikkar during the steering committee meetings to decide the events of the festival.
