Veteran actor Naseeruddin Shah has expressed his fear over dwindling law and order in the country. The actor emphasised how a cow's life has become more significant than life of a police officer. The critically acclaimed actor was referring to the Bulandshahr violence, in which a police inspector was killed by a frenzied mob earlier this month.
