Purani Haveli famed film director, Tulsi Ramsay passed away at the age of 74 today, December 14. The Hindi cinema director is known for helming horror films during the 80's and 90's including Hotel, Purana Mandir, Tahkhana, Veerana, and Bandh Darwaza to name a few.
