Karan Oberoi Rape Charges: Pooja Bedi defends Inside Edge actor, says women misuse law for personal gains

TV actor Karan Oberoi, who featured in popular TV series Jassi Jaisi Koi Nahi, was accused of rape and extortion by a fashon designer. She alleged him of raping and cheating on her. The complaint was filed with Oshiwara police station and Oberoi has been arrested under Section 376 (Rape) and 384 (Extortion) of IPC. Amid the allegations and court trials, his close friend Pooja Bedi has stood in support of him. The Band of Boys members are also backing him and saying that such laws protecting women shouldn't be misused for their personal vendetta.
